**Job Description:**

Thrive Trowbridge is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Risk and Compliance Manager (legal) to join their prestigious client based in Dorset on a permanent basis. The role offers a unique chance to contribute to the success and integrity of a well-established firm.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance and financial risk within the firm, ensuring regulatory obligations are upheld and professional practice standards remain compliant.
  • Design and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Perform day-to-day compliance management, managing the Firm's Quality marks.

**What you will need to succeed:**

  • Previous experience in compliance and risk management within the legal sector.
  • Knowledge of SAR and AML, as well as other relevant legislation and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, with a hands-on, positive approach.
  • Prioritization and attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Office and practice management systems.
