We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Therapist to join our team at Luke & Associates in Naval Health Clinic Camp Lejeune, NC.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position that offers a great opportunity to work with patients and provide exceptional dental hygiene care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable using technology to manage patient scheduling and workload entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services to patients, including routine cleanings, exams, and educational sessions on proper oral hygiene techniques.
  • Construct custom-fit mouth guards and soft night guards for vital bleaching.
  • Polish restorations and apply pit and fissure sealants to prevent tooth decay.
  • Assist dentists with chair-side procedures as directed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene from a CODA-accredited program.
  • Certified in radiography and hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, between 0600 and 1800, with a 30-minute to 1-hour meal break.

Estimated Salary Range:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
