Claims Resolution Expert

ATS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Expert to join our team. As a Claims Resolution Expert, you will be responsible for managing subsidence claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers, contractors, and insurer clients over the phone, email, and in writing
  • Update and create building repair scopes using our in-house schedule of rates
  • Assess contractor estimates
  • Manage panel contractors, control repair schedules, and costs
  • Settle claims under delegated authority

Requirements:
  • Previous subsidence/buildings insurance claims experience or extensive trade experience (5+ years) or be a graduate building surveyor
  • Computer literate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and be a flexible, self-motivated team player
