Job Title: Development Lead

AGS Cyber is seeking a highly skilled Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital solutions, working closely with clients to identify their needs and requirements, and creating solutions to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of digital solutions, including websites, applications, and API integrations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and create solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Support the development team and other teams in the design, implementation, and support of digital services.
  • Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, on-brief, and to the agreed standard.
  • Position yourself as an expert consultant in the digital transformation, architecture, and solutions space across IT, marketing, and sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a software developer, with an understanding of different development languages and frameworks, ideally web-based technologies with a JavaScript focus such as Reactjs.
  • Experience and understanding of data structures and databases, including SQL, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
  • Understanding and experience implementing projects with the software development lifecycle.
  • A creative thinker who can bring ideas to life with interactive, engaging digital experiences.
  • An innovator who enjoys building solutions to solve complex creative and technical problems.
  • A strong understanding of UX & UI and experience developing experiments, pattern libraries, and wireframes.
