We are seeking a highly-skilled customer service specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. You will be part of a hardworking and dedicated team that is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop skills in customer care, welcoming clients on board with their new applications and engaging them in their customer journey.
  • You will review enquiries and deal with a range of issues that prevent applications from being submitted, and address client queries related to their new account.
  • You will build knowledge to identify common queries and resolve them efficiently.
  • You will coordinate with our New Business team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • You can resolve queries quickly and efficiently.
  • You have substantial knowledge in customer service and dealing with clients in a professional manner.
  • You can identify the exact reasons why an application cannot be submitted and take steps to ensure a successful resolution.
  • You have motivation and passion for customer focus and satisfaction.
  • You have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can document information clearly.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in customer services or a customer-facing area.
