Job Summary

:

H&J Martin Ltd, a leading Fit Out and Asset Management company, is seeking a skilled Floor Fitter to join their Project Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a Flooring team, fitting commercial flooring across various Framework Contracts, providing excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Uplift existing flooring and prepare surfaces for new flooring.
  • Apply latex floor screed and underlay.
  • Fitting sheet vinyl and tile flooring.
  • Carpet tile and carpet fitting.
  • Removal and refitting of fixtures and furniture as necessary.

Requirements

:
  • Experience in commercial floor fitting, including vinyl, seam welded, and vinyl turned up wall carpet and carpet tiles.
  • Experience working as part of a flooring team within operational buildings.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of safe and effective working practices.
  • Possess a full valid driving license.
