About the Role

As a Bid Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing customer due diligence requests from our global customers. You will draft and review responses, manage deadlines, and provide request processing support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of security questionnaires and vendor requests for customers and prospects, adhering to service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Support the development of the bid content library.
  • Work with proposal managers to develop persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Experience in bid or sales support is required.
  • Effective writing, editing, and business communication skills are necessary.
  • Advanced word processing knowledge is required.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work is essential.
