About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Turnaround Manager with exceptional experience in improving CQC grades and a proven track record of delivering high-quality relationship-centred care. You will cover managers' sickness, annual leave, and interim management, helping them to maintain excellent standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting home managers in improving and achieving good CQC grades
  • Covering managers' sickness, annual leave, and interim management
  • Helping with audits, budgeting, occupancy, and reducing agency use
  • Building and improving positive relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Strong Nursing Home Manager experience (essential)
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) (desirable but not essential)
  • Proven track record of making and sustaining improvements within a care home environment
  • Lives in the West Midlands and happy to travel across the region and further if required
