A senior Chef de Partie is required to lead the kitchen team at our esteemed hotel. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing culinary operations, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing new menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef to drive culinary innovation
- Leading a section in the kitchen, supervising junior team members, and mentoring them to achieve their full potential
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ levels 2 and 3 in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in an AA Rosette establishment, demonstrating expertise in cooking techniques and presentation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
