SEN Teaching Assistant Position Available

The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and promote the emotional, social, and academic development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN in a dynamic and inclusive school environment.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting any concerns to the SENCO.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience working with children with SEN highly desirable.
