Job Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our service in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
