Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Barber Specialist to join our team at Chay's Barber Shop. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of advanced barbering techniques and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Provide professional barbering services including high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services.
  • Consult with clients to understand their specific grooming needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proficient in hair styling techniques specific to barbering.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Knowledge of barbering tools and equipment, with an emphasis on hygiene practices.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Additional pay includes Commission pay and Tips. Schedule: Day shift, Weekend availability. Work Location: In person.
