Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Senior Application Analyst to join our team, based at our Head Office in Doncaster. The successful candidate will oversee multiple applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and provide subject matter expertise for applications within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Second-line support and maintenance
- Leading on enhancement and minor changes
- Liaising with third-party application providers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of two years' experience in an Application Support role
- Experience working with Dynamics, preferably in a Sales/Customer Care/Marketing function
- Configuration experience or agile methodology experience is desirable

Salary Range
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
