Are you passionate about ensuring the well-being of dogs in our rehoming centres? We're seeking a Kennel Supervisor to oversee the daily care of our canine residents, working closely with our dedicated Canine Carers to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

About this role
- Supervise and support Canine Carers to ensure our dogs receive daily exercise, training, and enrichment.
- Coordinate the kennel block, including induction and training, monthly supervisions, and staff support.
- Drive high standards of dog care and ensure SOPs and processes are followed.
- Occasionally serve as site supervisor on a rota basis.
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent knowledge of dog welfare and experience working in rehoming. You'll lead by example, supervising staff as they complete day-to-day tasks, and possess a positive and proactive attitude.
