Job Title: Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher
Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our vibrant learning community. We are committed to providing a supportive and challenging educational experience that inspires a love for learning in our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Employ effective teaching strategies to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills in young learners.
- Assess and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all KS1 students.
- Nurture a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages curiosity, independence, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent primary education qualification.
- Proven experience in teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for primary school children.
