About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious project, where you'll be responsible for ensuring estimating procedures are followed in the production of each tender and project managed through to tender sign-off and submission. You will also generate and conclude the detailed risk assessment process on all bids specific to each complex project and use this for the conclusion of the tender price submission.

You will develop a library of outputs and pricing data for all infrastructure works with the current frameworks provided by our clients and proactively update this for cost build-up functions. Additionally, you will generate handover packs and facilitate handover to the Operations team in detail to ensure both the commercial model and risks and opportunities within each specific project are clearly understood.

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on proven skills and experience.
