Strategic Operations Lead for EMEA Sales

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our EMEA Sales Operations and Strategy team. As a key member of our AWS EMEA Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for driving sales operations, analyzing data, and providing insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with EMEA Demand Generation leadership and Sales Operations teams to set ambitious goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze industry and Amazon internal data to understand the competitive landscape and identify customer trends.
  3. Reporting: Develop and maintain key executive reporting consumed by EMEA Demand Generation leadership.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop scalable mechanisms to benefit both AWS EMEA Demand Generation Team and the wider organization.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and timeliness of analytic deliverables meet and exceed Sales Operations team expectations.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Experience: Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software, and experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to work with data to drive business decisions.
