As a skilled technician, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and bodywork on allocated jobs, dismantling vehicles, inspecting and diagnosing faults, ordering replacement parts, and reassembling vehicles to pre-accident condition.

About the Job:

  • Carrying out all necessary mechanical and bodywork on allocated jobs.
  • Dismantling vehicles ready for the panel shop.
  • Carrying out inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
  • Ordering replacement parts.
  • Re-assembling the vehicle with new parts as required to pre-accident condition.

About You:

  • You must be ATA Accredited.
  • Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed on timescales.
  • Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
  • Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers' specification.
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in your approach.
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
  • You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
  • Candidates must have experience as a MET in a Bodyshop environment or we can also consider Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technicians who are looking for a change to work in a bodyshop.

We offer a competitive salary range of up to £45,000 + time saved bonus - OTE 55 - 60K per year, making it one of the best opportunities in the industry. With Monday to Friday working hours and no weekends, you'll have a great work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:
