Key Account Manager for Elderly Care

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our client’s team in Thetford, Norfolk. Our client is a leading healthcare provider with a purpose-built care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care.
About the Role- Develop and maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service.
- Manage the food service operation, including menu planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
The successful candidate will have excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service. They will also have knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
A strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people is essential, along with the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness.
The role offers an excellent salary of £30,000 per annum, paid training programme, career prospects, and comprehensive benefits package, including refer-a-friend scheme, reward gateway discounts, wellbeing initiatives, and employee assistance programme.
This permanent full-time position involves working 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
