Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service.
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Active GPhC registration.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume pharmacy setting.
  • At least 1 year of management experience in a pharmacy environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
