About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Coordination Lead to join our team at Hinkley Point C, working on the prestigious Nuclear project. As a key member of the MEH Alliance, you will play a crucial role in integrating and coordinating the delivery of main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain a strong Health Safety & Environment culture throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Manage the Site Project Engineering Team and Site Permitting Team to plan, review and lead resolution on engineering challenges.
  3. Lead interface with MEH Engineering and the JDO as required.
  4. Conduct document, monthly and progress reviews.
  5. Attend CEMAR and Chair Lead meetings.
  6. Implement SWITCH within the Construction Team.
  7. Conduct interviews for new team members and undertake PDRs for direct reports.
Requirements
  • Experienced in delivering and operating at an Engineer or Senior Engineer level, including experience working within Joint Ventures.
  • Experience working on major construction projects.
  • Proven track record in nuclear power (preferred).
