Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) Opportunity

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our luxury nursing home in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to our policies and procedures
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
