Education Support Professional

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at a secondary school in London. This is a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and activities
* Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils
* Provide pastoral support for pupils with ASD
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Assist with the preparation of classroom materials
* Communicate with parents and carers

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* A proactive, positive attitude
* A valid DBS check (within the last year or on the update service)

**About the Role:**

As an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with the teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and provide individualized support to pupils with ASD.
