Onewelbeck Surgery Centre is seeking an experienced Instrument Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Central London. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
  • Maintain a clean and organised central processing area, ensuring all equipment and instruments are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Ensure strict compliance to sterilisation policies and procedures, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer's instructions for use.
  • Reprocess items according to industry standards, including decontamination, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilisation, to ensure only items designated for re-sterilisation are processed.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a theatre/CSSD setting and current BLS certification. A strong understanding of organisational skills, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to set, implement and evaluate standards of practice are essential.
