Main Responsibilities:
  • To oversee the preparation and execution of banqueting events, ensuring that all details are properly understood and confirmed.
  • To supervise the banqueting rooms during events, ensuring that the expected service standards are met.
  • To liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • To address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in banqueting operations or a related field.
