Job Overview

Motability Operations is seeking a skilled Polish Technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire. As a key member of our cosmetic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and enhance paint by blocking and polishing panels, de-nibbing paint defects, and completing final machine polish.
  • Collaborate with the cosmetic team to achieve goals and deliver outstanding results.
  • Utilize the latest methods and techniques to ensure vehicles meet Motability Operations' specific performance and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Panel block and polishing experience.
  • Paint rectification experience.
  • Smart repair techniques.
  • Able to legally drive a manual vehicle in the UK.
