We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Belfry, England's leading Hotel and Resort. Our 320-bedroom resort offers a range of amenities, including a 20-treatment room spa, pool, and golf facilities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team to enable the smooth running of the department, ensuring a positive perception of the brand across all areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the briefing, production, and printing of all collateral across the resort, from posters and flyers to banners and signage.
  • Managing daily website updates, ensuring all information and imagery online is correct and up to date.
  • Scheduling press and media visits with relevant departments and ensuring all teams are aware of stays and VIP status.
  • Supporting photo shoots, social media content generation, and general filming and photography.
  • Building and testing email deployments to the marketing database, ensuring all content is accurate, linked, and bookable for the guest.
  • Creating and scheduling monthly digital content on screens and TVs throughout the resort.
  • Ensuring third-party sites are up to date with relevant content, imagery, and links.
  • Supporting other marketing activities as required and carrying out other duties as necessary.
  • Attending internal and external meetings and representing marketing where appropriate.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual who is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office. You will also be required to have an understanding of content management systems, social media tools, and email deployment. As a team player, you will be confident, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be highly organized, with the ability to take on a wide range of tasks effectively. Passionate about the hospitality industry and interested in trends, you will be a great fit for our team.
