About the Role
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is a pioneering healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Associate in Psychology to join our team, contributing to the professional psychological care of clients within our service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of group programs
• Provide consultation, supervision, training, and service development within the scope of your role
• Work independently according to an agreed plan and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures

Requirements
• First degree in Psychology
• Registered with the BPS as a Clinical Associate Psychologist
• Understanding of British Psychological Society (BPS) Professional Code of Conduct, local and national policies, and procedures that define your scope of practice
• Familiarity with behavioral change models, including health belief models, to synthesize best practice in the absence of strong evidence or clinical guidelines

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a cohesive team. A competitive salary is offered for this challenging role: approximately £28,000-£40,000 per year, depending on experience.
