Private Wealth Support Secretary

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilise your administrative skills to support a dynamic team? We are currently seeking a Private Wealth Support Secretary to join our estate team in Tunbridge Wells.
As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to six fee earners, assisting them in their probate-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients to confirm bank details
- Making phone calls to external companies to resolve queries
- Preparation of letters of authority and completion of closure forms
- Cash handling and bankruptcy searches
- Land registry tasks and document retrieval
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively, and previous experience working in a similar capacity.
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
