About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax professional to join our Transaction Taxes team. This role offers diverse requirements and huge learning opportunities, firmly rooted in a spirit of partnership with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on delivery of technical tax advice on a range of issues, including mergers & acquisitions, exits, refinancing, equity raising, debt raising, and business reorganisation.
  • Lead on delivery of tax due diligence assignments.
  • Collaborate with wider firm colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience, including those in Corporate Finance, VAT/indirect taxes, Innovation Taxes, Entrepreneurial Taxes and Wealth.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate the impact of these changes to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in business development activities, including attending events, presenting to clients, and identifying opportunities to grow the Transaction Taxes offering.
  • Support and promote continual development of junior colleagues through training, coaching and provision of timely developmental feedback.

A highly experienced Tax professional, operating at Manager grade or above.

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits to make your time at JC even more fulfilling.
