The IT Service & Support Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting our Service & Support solutions to customers, leveraging their knowledge of our legacy On-prem Business Applications, such as ERP and CRM products. They will work closely with customers through our sales channels, in coordination with Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network, and Engineering Teams, to recognize customer needs, promote solutions, and make recommendations. To be successful, the Service & Support Sales Consultant will develop a good rapport with customers while working with our sales network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Service & Support solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network, and Engineering Teams to ensure seamless sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Service & Support Sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel required to meet with clients.
