About the Role:


We are seeking a Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and attention.


Responsibilities:



  • Assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records of your job
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants and maintaining the highest standards of care
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:



  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • Able to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
