About the Scheme

North East Lincolnshire Council's Civilian Work Attachment programme offers service leavers a chance to develop their professional and transferable skills across a dynamic government body.

This three-month opportunity allows individuals to gain valuable experience, match their skills with various services within the organisation, and explore their potential beyond the armed forces.

Key areas of interest include ICT & Cyber Security, Project Management, Fleet Management, Environment & Resources, Legal, Finance, Social Care, Education and Skills, Arts and Culture.

We provide dedicated support through a Veteran Buddy scheme, health and wellbeing resources, personalised action plans, and bespoke guidance to help you thrive in your new role.
