**Job Summary**
Dimensions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to young adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support with personal care, manual handling, medication administration, and household tasks.
- Foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.
- Build meaningful connections and create opportunities for social engagement and recreation.
- Drive Mobility Vehicles to enable access to community activities and outings.
**Shifts and Flexibility:**
- Various shift patterns: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, or long days.
- We are seeking individuals who can work flexibly across our rota, including both weekdays and weekends.
**Requirements:**
- Compassionate individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others and knowledge about complex health needs.
- Courageous and ambitious team players who embrace diversity and inclusion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
