Lead Structural Design Projects

As an Associate Structural Analysis Engineer at Ramboll, you will lead the structural design of projects in diverse sectors and scale from £5M to £150M. You will manage a team of engineers and technicians locally, nationally, and internationally to deliver your projects to programme, to an excellent standard and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design of projects in diverse sectors
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects to programme and budget
  • Attract clients that share our values by building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Develop and implement business development activities to grow the business
Requirements
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent in structural/civil engineering
  • Relevant experience in a variety of sectors such as schools, higher education, residential, commercial or industrial development
  • Demonstrable experience of managing teams of engineers and technicians across multiple consecutive projects
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of planning and monitoring the commercial performance of an engineering consultancy as a business
