  • As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting health and safety audits, advising clients on project management, and providing expert guidance on health and safety best practices.
  • You'll also assist with project administration, maintaining accurate records and building comprehensive Health and Safety Files.
What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of [number] years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or property industry.
  • Proven expertise in CDM Regulations, with experience in roles such as PD, CDM Coordinator, or Health and Safety Advisor/Manager.
  • Familiarity with large-scale and complex projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes.

The remuneration package includes a salary range of £45,000-£55,000, plus a generous benefits package, including a car allowance, pension, health insurance, and 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays.
