Job Title: Logistics Operations Co-ordinator

At HelloFresh, we're on a mission to make cooking easy and enjoyable for everyone. As a Logistics Operations Co-ordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of our products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
  • Team Development: Engage and develop the team to achieve optimum performance and help colleagues meet their full potential.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures in all distribution activities, including proper handling, storage, and shipping of meal kits to maintain product integrity.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that all outgoing orders meet quality standards, performing regular audits and inspections to minimize errors and product damage.
  • Customer Support: Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues, liaising with HR and Training Teams as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerized digital records) on production, food safety data, and analyze this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. Report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
  • Project Management: Undertake audits and follow through on actions regarding compliance to Food Safety; lead or be involved in ad-hoc projects as and when required.
  • Colleague Happiness: Conduct Colleague Happiness Surveys.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in distribution management position.
  • Skills: Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications. Solid awareness of distribution processes and quality control practices.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
