Classroom Instructor

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Relief Teaching Professional to join our client schools in Market Harborough.

This role offers a flexible opportunity for educators to work across various key stages, providing the chance to deliver engaging lessons while fostering a positive learning environment.

• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to the needs of students across different age groups and abilities.
• Provide feedback to students and contribute to their academic progress.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain a cohesive educational experience.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Previous classroom experience is preferred but not essential.
• A current Enhanced DBS registered with the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
