The successful candidate will work closely with event planners, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless event production, on-time delivery, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of event production, including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination.
  • Develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Oversee on-site production, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Create and implement thorough RAMS and event safety plans.
  • Manage event staff, including scheduling, inducting, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure contract fulfillment and seamless collaboration.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs are within budget.
  • Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions to maintain event flow.
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and retain client relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide event-specific information for content and strategy development.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in event production.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Good technical understanding across sound, lighting, video, and power.
  • Experience working in large venues and understanding of rigging.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Experience working with event production software and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Knowledge of event industry best practices and trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
