Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

Hyperion Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our client's R&D team in developing cutting-edge energy storage technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technical strategy, providing strategic direction to the R&D team, and championing a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic direction to the R&D team and lead the development of energy storage technologies
  • Champion a culture of innovation and excellence within the technical team
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, engineering, or a related technical field. A Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing innovative products or technologies
  • Strong expertise in the application of methodologies used in high volume manufacture to drive up quality
  • Experience in managing complex R&D projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning
