Job Description

The role of Bid Support Specialist at THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED is to provide critical support to the Bid department in securing projects/orders for business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in FF&E, fitout/furniture environment a must.

The successful applicant will assist in negotiating with supply partners to secure discounts, payments, and terms. Experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D software is desirable but not essential.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary (£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience), 33 days' holiday, and career prospects within a market-leading company in the furniture, fit-out, and installation sector.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure discounts and terms.
  • Assist in preparing bids and tenders for high-profile projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Bid team.
