Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage change through CEMAR, ensuring adherence to contractual timescales and conditions.
  • Payment Applications: Ensure timely production of Monthly Applications for Payment in accordance with the contract.
  • Commercial Advice: Provide expert advice to the site team and management on all contractual issues.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain management by drafting and issuing NEC3 subcontracts, ensuring clear and transparent processes.
