Teaching Assistant Lead

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Secondary Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Daventry. As a HLTA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the main teacher and taking lead responsibility for your own group, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
About the Role:
- Support the main teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.
- Take lead responsibility for your own group, promoting independence and self-confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to achieve academic excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HLTA or Cover Supervisor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for education and commitment to student success.
