Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and daily living assistance as outlined in the service user’s individual care plan. Maintain professional relationships with service users and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding any changes in the service user's condition. Utilize the on-call system as per service guidelines. Attend required training sessions, team meetings, and supervision. Complete necessary documentation, including service user records and timesheets. Adhere to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and training activities as needed. Take responsibility for enhancing your own knowledge and skills through experience and training. Accept additional responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager following successful completion of relevant training.

Essential Criteria: No formal experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. A compassionate nature is essential. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
