French Speaking Wholesale Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team in central London. As a key member of our multilingual team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale clients, utilizing your French language skills to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to client queries via phone and email.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to effectively support clients.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in dealing with high volumes of outbound orders from wholesale clients in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Additionally, you will need solid experience providing wholesale customer support services in a product support and/or order dispatch environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid experience providing wholesale customer support services in a product support and/or order dispatch environment.
  • Experience working in an online customer support, customer service, sales administration, client support or order fulfilment role.
  • Previous experience dealing with wholesale clients and B2B customers.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs, particularly Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables, is desirable.
