We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Biostatistics to join our team at Warman O'Brien, a leading Pharma company based in Oxford. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing the perfect balance between remote and office work.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead biostatistical strategies for regulatory submissions
  • Manage CRO teams and drive project success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of CDISC standards and apply them to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Pharma or CRO industry
  • Proven track record of regulatory submissions and CRO management
  • Oncology expertise and strong understanding of CDISC standards
