Painting Contracts Manager

Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Painting Contracts Manager to join their team in South East London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple commercial painting contracts, with previous supervisory experience and excellent communication skills.
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best possible services by providing a simpler, more efficient route for projects.
This role involves effectively managing employees and sub-contractors, organising work schedules, ensuring stock availability, maintaining client relationships, and supervising the workforce.
The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for producing risk assessments, ensuring adherence to written procedures, and communicating regularly with directors and other stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, applicants should hold a CSCS Card/NVQ Level 2 (as a minimum), SSSTS/SMSTS certification, and excellent computer literacy in Microsoft office applications.
The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
