The Orchard is a leading music company seeking a highly skilled Neighbouring Rights Coordinator to join its team. This role offers a challenging opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and artists.

This office-based position requires an analytical, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing client registration documents, maintaining databases, and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new client registration documents for societies globally.
  • Collaborate with the Society Relations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist with repertoire submissions and society claiming where required.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in neighbouring rights administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately, independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Salary Range:

  • £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
