Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead workstreams focused on business analysis and process improvement, ensuring successful delivery of consulting projects.
  • Manage small teams to deliver projects efficiently using project management methodologies and tools.
  • Contribute to the sales process by supporting the sale of new work and securing contract extensions.

Requirements:

  • A strong leading consultancy background including on business analysis and process improvement engagements, ideally with at least 3 years' experience.
  • Experience in developing and mentoring small teams to successfully deliver consulting engagements.
  • Training in / experience of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, and/or Business Analysis.
