About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at iMultiply Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices
  • Oversee all transactional processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow forecasting
  • Prepare and deliver insightful management accounts, KPIs, and financial reports to support decision-making
  • Manage the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial forecasts
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with tax and government reporting requirements, while managing risk and monitoring debt levels
  • Liaise with external auditors for year-end accounts and ensure smooth audit processes
About You

We are looking for a finance professional with a proven track record in financial management, ideally within a small to medium-sized business. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and experience working closely with senior leadership. You will be comfortable balancing daily financial management tasks with high-level strategic planning.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial management, including management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ability to lead and manage a small finance function, with a focus on process improvement
  • Proficiency in financial software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
